A fabulous one day workshop to re-align yourself with your true nature, understand yourself on a deeper level, and receive healing through cacao & crystal singing bowls

• We will begin with a cacao ceremony to land in the space, open our hearts, and give gratitude for all the good things in our life, all whilst sipping a warm drink of delicious cacao. This is a wonderful way to start as it prepares your mind, body, and soul to receive all the goodness, relaxation, and healing that the workshop will bring.

 

• You will then discover your ‘Life Path Colour’, the colour you were born with. Your colour path helps you understand yourself at the core, allowing you to re-acquaint yourself with your strengths and gifts. You will learn how to use your colour to remember the amazing person you are and how to implement this knowledge on a daily basis.

 

• You are then invited to pick a colour Oracle card to receive your own personal message related to your colour, and learn how to use Oracle cards for guidance on your life path.

 

• Next you will nestle down into your cosy nest and journey through the chakra colours with a beautiful rainbow meditation to receive the healing frequency of the colour spectrum.

 

• After the meditation you will go into deep relaxation and healing with the powerful sound of the crystal singing bowls.

• We will have some time for any questions or feedback you may wish to share and then we will gently bring closure to the workshop.

 

     What to bring:

• Yoga mat/pillow/blanket

• Wear comfy clothes for the meditation/sound bath

• Bottle of water/packed lunch (though there is a shop nearby)

• ​Cacao, tea & coffee and snacks provided
