Meditations

Everyone can learn to meditate, and even just a few short minutes a day can really transform your health and wellbeing.

It is well known that meditation can have some really positive effects. (Scroll down for meditations). 

 

It can:

  • Reduce stress

  • Lessen anxiety

  • Help with concentration

  • Help you feel better overall.

 

The first meditation is designed to relax the mind and body and induce calm in a really short time.

The second meditation takes you on a journey to connect with your inner, wise self in order to get clarity and peace.

The third meditation takes you on a guided journey to connect you more deeply with Mother Earth for grounding.

The fourth meditation takes you on a guided journey to connect with the vibration of peace.

The fifth meditation takes you on a guided journey to connect deeply with unconditional love.

The sixth meditation takes you on a guided journey into the universe to discover your real self.

Instructions:

  • Settle yourself somewhere you won’t be disturbed.

  • Make sure you’re comfortable

  • Switch off your phone

  • Take two or three deep breaths

  • Press play and close your eyes

  • Follow the instructions.

 

When you have finished, open your eyes, stretch your body and slowly put your focus back on your surroundings.

Slowly get up and continue your day. You may also want to journal your experience so that you can follow your progress.
